HESPERIA – An 18-year-old man was arrested after touching his young male cousin’s penis when the two were alone.
On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at around 11:47 p.m. deputies from the Hesperia Station responded to a home in the 17600 block of Juniper Street in regards to a crime against a child report. Deputies learned that the young juvenile told his mother, that his cousin, Nathanial Lyonwalker touched him inappropriately. “Lyonwalker admitted to touching the victim’s penis for 2 seconds but stated he did not know why he did it and it was not for sexual gratification,” said Hesperia Sheriff’s Station Spokesman Edgar Moran.
Lyonwalker was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14.
