HESPERIA – Hesperia Station deputies are investigating the report of a rape in the 6700 block of 11th Avenue in the City of Hesperia. On Friday, December 9, 2016, at approximately 8:33 a.m. a woman called 911 to report that her nephew raped her late Thursday night. She indicated that she had passed out and he raped her during that time. The woman did not say the age of her nephew or any other information.
During the call, the woman said that her nephew was in the garage and she was in the bathroom of the home. Hesperia Station officials are unable to provide any information as the incident remains under investigation at this time.
