HESPERIA – The City of Hesperia is having a tire amnesty day on Saturday, October 22nd between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The tire amnesty day is brought to you by the City of Hesperia and the California Department of Resource Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). Passenger car tires and light truck tires can be dropped off free of charge at the Advanced Disposal, located at 17105 Mesa Street. Those dropping off tires should enter from Santa Fe.
Those dropping tires off should bring a valid id or water bill to prove residency. Tires from commercial dealers can not be accepted. A maximum of nine rimless tires per vehicle/address will be accepted. Semi-tractor tires over 44” or any tires with rims will not be accepted. For more information call (760) 947-1225.
