LOMA LINDA, Ca. – A Loma Linda man was arrested for the possession and distribution of child pornography on Monday.
Joshua Allen Biron, 36, was discovered to be downloading and distributing the pornography leading to a search warrant. The search warrant was served at his home on Helen Street in Loma Linda on Monday. Biron was not home at the time of the search but detectives learned he was at his place of business in the 600 block of Hospitality Lane.
Biron was detained without incident by the Fontana Police Department Fugitive Apprehension Team.
A search of Biron’s electronic storage devices revealed evidence relating to the downloading and distribution of child pornography over the internet. Biron was booked into West Valley Detention Center for possession and distribution of child pornography. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
