LUCERNE VALLEY – Authorities are seeking the whereabouts of a 48-year-old Lucerne Valley man. Elton Joseph was last seen on December 11, 2016, when he left his home. Although there is no evidence of foul play, authorities are concerned since no one has seen or heard from Mr. Joseph in over 6 weeks.
Mr Joseph is a 48-year-old black man who is 6’ tall, 220 pounds, with a bald head, and black eyes. He was last seen wearing blue Dickies pants, brown boots, and prescription glasses.
