VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A 74-year-old man lost his life as a result of a hit-and-run traffic collision involving a motor scooter.
On Sunday, November 29, 2020, at around 2:13 a.m., Victorville deputies and fire officials, along with American Medical Response responded to a motorcycle crash in the area of Mariposa Road, north of Nisqualli Road. When they arrived they found Anthony Little lying in the roadway near a Wansen Motor scooter. The driver sustained major injuries and died at the scene.
Based on the investigation, authorities believe that another vehicle was involved, but left following the collision. The other vehicle may have been an older-model silver vehicle authorities said. The roadway was closed for several hours but was reopened at 10:00 a.m. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
