ADELANTO – A man and a woman stole approximately $9000 worth of livestock panels from Adelanto Stadium Rodeo Grounds (formerly known as Maverick Stadium and Heritage Field) on Thursday night.
Between 9:39 p.m. and 10:29 p.m. the unknown Hispanic man and woman arrived at the location at 12000 Stadium Way to dismantled around 21 galvanized corral panels. The pair then loaded them into a two-axle trailer and left the location.
The man is believed to be in his mid-30’s and around 5’8” tall. He was also described as medium build and had dark hair. He was last seen wearing jeans, a light-colored pullover sweatshirt and dark colored “Emerica” skate shoes. The woman appeared to be in her 30’s and was around 5’2” with a heavy build. She was wearing glasses and wearing leggings, “Cali” sweatshirt and Vans shoes.
Authorities believe that the truck is possibly a crew cab Chevrolet Silverado. Anyone who has information that may lead to one or both of the suspects or their identity should call Detective M. Brown at (760)552-6800.
