THERMAL – A 45-year-old Thermal man was arrested for possession of heroin for sales, Friday morning. At around 9:00 a.m. a narcotics-related search warrant was served in the 62-450 block of Pierce Street in Thermal. During the search, authorities located numerous items indicating the sale of narcotics.
In the home was over a pound of suspected heroin (valued at approximately $20,000), over $1000 in cash and other items consistent with the sale of drugs. Authorities also made contact with Thermal resident, Clemente Rodriguez, who was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Indio for the possession of heroin for sale.
