VICTORVILLE, Calif.– A 60-year-old Victorville area transient was arrested for indecent exposure.
At around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, Victorville station deputies responded to the outside area of the Corner Cafe for the indecent exposure report. The caller said that the suspect was under a blue tarp when he exposed his penis and began masturbating. The suspect, identified a Engelani Niela Leifi, went into Waba Grill wearing only underwear.
Deputies took Leifi into custody for indecent exposure and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for the possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Leifi was released from custody at around 9:10 p.m. on Wednesday.
