VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A Victorville man was arrested for several instances of indecent exposure in Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga in recent months.
In December 2018, deputies from the Victorville station began their investigation into a male suspect who parked his vehicle next to a female sitting in her vehicle. While in the vehicle, he opened the vehicle’s door and masturbated in front of the woman. “He then exited his vehicle with his genitals fully exposed and continued to masturbate,” said Victorville Sheriff Station spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez. “Another vehicle pulled into the parking lot near them and the suspect left the location.”
Several more incidents were reported, all with similar circumstances and suspect description. All reported him as a black man, age 30-40, with a medium build. During each incident, vehicles were described as a blue or gray Chrysler sedan or a dark-gray Mazda sedan.
The investigation led to the identification of Tyrone Carlis Reid Jr., 36, of Victorville. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect. On March 18, 2019, deputies located Reid near Amargosa Road and Topango Lane. He was arrested without incident and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
