BEAUMONT, Calif. – A Beaumont man, who is a teacher at El Monte Union High School District was arrested for lewd acts with a child.

The suspect was identified as 60-year-old Miguel Yvan Lazo, who was learned to be a teacher as the suspect. The case was submitted to the Riverside County District Attorney’s office for review, the arrest warrant was issued and served today by the El Monte Police Department.
