HESPERIA – The man who callously left the passenger of his vehicle partially ejected while fleeing from a Hesperia crash a week and a half ago has been arrested.
On Friday, May 25, 2018, Jorge Galvan, 35, of Whittier, was involved in a traffic collision on Sycamore and Balsam in the City of Hesperia shortly before 9:20 p.m. Galvan was driving a 1974 White Chevrolet pick-up truck and slammed into a semi-truck, causing the passenger in his vehicle to become partially ejected from the truck. Authorities shared photos of Galvan and obtained a Ramey Warrant for his arrest.
On Monday, June 4, 2018, Galvan was taken into custody in the City of Fontana. The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact the Hesperia Police Department at 760-947-1500.
