On February 11, 2019, at around 10:00 p.m., a black man entered the store located 14675 Palmdale Road in the City of Victorville. The suspect was wearing a bandana over his face, gloves, and dark-colored clothing. On April 2, 2019, Lara was arrested in Victorville and booked at High Desert Detention Center for robbery and conspiring to commit a crime.
