HESPERIA – Four Hesperia residents were arrested following the discovery of a Honey Oil Lab in a Hesperia home officials said. On Thursday morning at around 8:55 a.m. deputies of the Hesperia Station assisted the US Marshals at a home in the 10700 block of Arabian Court.
The US Marshals were responding to the residence reference a Pasadena case, officials said. When they arrived, 46-year-old Rafael Aguila pointed a gun at the officers. Rafael Aguila was detained without any further incident.
A search warrant was obtained and executed during which time the deputies located 23-year-old Rafael Aguila, 21-year-old Matthew Aguila and 19-year-old Christian Aguila. All were arrested in connection with a honey oil lab and honey oil sales located in the home and garage of the home.
All were booked into High Desert Detention Center for attempted murder, providing false identification to an officer, assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition and for a warrant from Los Angeles. Christian, Rafael, and Matthew Aguilar were all arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of marijuana for sale.
The four suspects are expected to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Monday, September 19, 2016, for an arraignment hearing.
