MENIFEE – A 25-year-old Menifee man was arrested for indecent exposure on Wednesday morning.
At around 8:26 a.m., officers responded to the area of Menifee and La Piedra Roads in the City Menifee for the report of an indecent exposure. Officers arrived to find a man with a matching description. The man was identified as Ra-Id Debos. Debos was arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for Indecent Exposure and Annoying or Molesting a Child.
