VICTORVILLE – Multiple residents in the area of Camelback and Tam O Shanter Drives reported slashed tires authorities said.
The first report came from a resident in the 16300 block of Camelback Drive, at around 7:09 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The resident indicated that two of the tires on their vehicles were slashed overnight. Deputies from the Victorville Station responded to the home to collect information for a report and investigate the incident. While at the location, they learned that a different resident on the same street also his tires slashed on their vehicle.
At around 11:45 a.m. a third victim reported that someone had slashed a tire on their vehicle in the 13800 block of Tam O Shanter Drive, which is in close proximity to Camelback Drive. Victorville Police officials will increase patrol in the area and residents are reminded that they should report any suspicious activity to Sheriff’s Dispatch at (760)956-5001.
