GLEN HELEN – Over 40,000 attended day 1 of the Hard Summer Music Festival and over 37,000 people attended day 2 at Glen Helen Amphitheater on August 5th and August 6th.
Of the attendees, 45 people were arrested for charges ranging from public intoxication, outstanding warrants, and possession and sales of narcotics. In addition to those arrests 61 arrests were made by California Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) for drug and alcohol charges.
During the festivities a total of 19, (6 on day 1 and 13 on day 2) were transported to the hospital for medical treatment for various health conditions.
Those arrested were booked into the West Valley Detention Center or cite released depending on the nature of the crime committed.
