FONTANA – An Orange County teacher was arrested for distributing child pornography videos over the internet while living in the City of Fontana authorities said. Keh-Tai Culbreath, 30, was investigated by the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. During the investigating, detectives learned that Culbreath moved to the City of Lake Elsinore.
The ICAC Task Force served a search warrant at his Lake Elsinore home in the 15000 block of Grand Avenue. During the search, hundreds of pornographic videos and images were located. Culbreath who was a part-time teacher at Tesoro High School in Rancho Santa Margarita was arrested and booked into the Fontana Police Department and later transferred to the West Valley Detention Center.
