WRIGHTWOOD – One of two Pinon Hills teens who was suspected of a burglary, vandalism, and assault with a deadly weapon was arrested on Tuesday, August 16, 2016.
Levi Tanner Kaseroff and Robert Phillips, both 18-years-old allegedly went to a home on Twin Lakes Drive in Wrightwood on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at around 2:50 p.m. to retrieve money. The victim, according to authorities refused to let the two into the home
Kaseroff and Phillips then broke windows by throwing an object through them, at least one object hitting the victim in the face resulting in injury. One of the two suspects then kicked in the front door forcing entry into the home. The two were gone from the home by the time deputies arrived.
Several days later deputies were alerted to Kaseroff’s location, where deputies arrived and detained him. He was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for burglary. He is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior court on Thursday morning.
