RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Ca. – A 29-year-old Rancho Cucamonga man was arrested after he grabbed the buttocks of an underaged female at the gym on Friday.

On Friday, February 28, 2020, deputies responded to Chuze Fitness located at 9080 Foothill Boulevard for the report of sexial battery. When they arrived they learned that the young female victim was on a treadmill when the suspect approached her and said that he left his keys in the cup holder of the treadmill she was using. He asked her questions before grabbing her buttocks.

The victim left the room but the suspect followed her. She looked for her father who was also working out at the gym. The suspect fled out of the gum and the victim’s father followed and contacted the staff who called the police The suspect was identified as Steven Calle. Police obtained a warrant for his arrest.

On Friday, March 6, 2020, deputies contacted Calle at his home and conducted an interview. At the conclusion of the interview, deputies arrested and booked Calle at the West Valley Detention Center where he remains in custody on $75,000 bail.
