RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – A 56-year-old Rancho Cucamonga man was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.

Tracy Leffall, AKA Tony Leffall and Gangster Moniker, was previously convicted as a sex crime and is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Leffall was last registered out of the City of Ontario in August 2018. Investigators learned that he moved from his Ontario home and moved to the 8200 block of Vineyard Avenue in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. He never registered with Rancho Cucamonga Police Department.

Leffall was located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, and was arrested. “Detectives served a search warrant at his residence and located evidence to establish his residency,” Police officials said. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. Leffall will be arraigned in Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on June 14, 2019.
