PATTERSON, Calif. – A 23-year-old man was arrested for obtaining pornographic images of an underage Fresno girl through social media.
Julian Tyrell Eugene Rue, of Patterson, convinced the girl to send him explicit images of herself, which she did. At a later time, Rue requested additional images but this time, the girl said no. Upset about her refusal, Rue told the girl that he would share the images that she already sent to him with friends on her social media “friend’s list”. Authorities said that in at least one of the photos sent to Rue, the female juvenile was able to be identified. Rue made good on his promise, sharing the images with at least one of her social media friends.
Rue admitted to the crime and was subsequently booked into jail for possession of child pornography, sending lewd matter to a minor, contact with a minor for sex, and revenge porn.
