SAN BERNARDINO – A 22-year-old man was arrested on Thursday afternoon for allegedly pimping women in the San Bernardino area. The San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force began surveillance during an investigation into the commercialized sex trade in San Bernardino.
At around 3:00 p.m. they saw Brandon McDonald, of Rialto, in the area picking up a suspected prostitute. Officers stopped McDonald and learned that he was in fact, pimping the woman. He was arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center for Pandering. He is being held in lieu of $100,000. Authorities said that the female victim is now safe and receiving any necessary services. The investigation is ongoing and it is believed there are additional victims.
