Rialto Man Convicted of Possession of Child Pornography and Sentenced to 93 Days

A 32-year-old Rialto man was sentenced on Friday to 93 days in jail for the possession of child pornography. Alexander Leslie Domasin was arrested on Thursday, March 16, 2017, for sex with a minor, making contact with a minor for sex, and possession of child pornography.

Domasin was booked into the Central Detention Center. At a pretrial hearing on May 23, 2017, Domasin accepted a plea bargain, pleading guilty to Possession of Child Pornography, which dropped the two felony charges relating to the alleged sex with the 16-year-old girl. Bobie Davis, who has an unknown connection to Domasin, said that the child pornography images were sent to Domasin.

On Friday, June 16, 2017, Domasin appeared for Felony sentencing at the San Bernardino Superior Court where he was sentenced to 93 days time served with conduct credit. He will also be on probation for three years. Domasin was released from jail on Friday just before 11:00 p.m. according to inmate records.

Domasin was booked into the Central Detention Center and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear at the San Bernardino Superior Court on Monday afternoon.
