RIVERSIDE – A Riverside man has been missing for over two weeks and police need the community’s help to locate him. Samuel Joel Galvan, a 28-year-old white man left his Orangecrest area home at around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Galvan never returned and his cell phone appears to be off and his location is unable to be tracked.
Police know where his vehicle is, but do not know if he may be in another vehicle. Galvan is 5’10” and weighs 210 pounds. Anyone who sees or locates him should call the Riverside Police Department at (951)354-2007.
