RIVERSIDE – A 22-year-old Riverside woman was arrested for identity theft on Tuesday. At around 6:00 p.m. a witness reported that a vehicle was on the 42oo block of Cedarpine Court possibly stealing mail. The witness was able to describe the vehicle and the direction it was last seen traveling.
A vehicle matching the description as the suspect vehicle was located on California and Hole Avenues at a business complex, officials said. The officer made contact with 22-year-old Kelsea Barkle. The officer located stolen mail and other items that were indicative of identity theft. Barkle was arrested without incident and booked into jail.
