SAN BERNARDINO – A 31-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested after a routine traffic stop led to the finding of drugs and weapons. On Wednesday at around 2:00 p.m. a deputy from the Central Station conducted a stop of a vehicle with tinted windows on North Del Rosa Avenue and East Foothill Drive in San Bernardino.
The deputy made contact with the occupants in the vehicle when they found that David Sadik was in possession of a registered gun. Sadik explained that he had the gun because he provides security for a marijuana dispensary. During a subsequent search, deputies also located cocaine, marijuana, Xanax bars, scales, and several hundred dollars in cash. Sadik was arrested and was booked into the Central Detention Center for Possession of Drugs while Armed and Drug Sales.
