SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – The suspect involved in the shooting that killed a San Bernardino man was arrested on Monday.
San Bernardino Police said that at 9:00 a.m., the suspect, Albert Cain, 58, of San Bernardino, turned himself in. Cain, who is related to the deceased man, Davon Wayne Matta, was booked at the West Valley Detention Center. Through investigation, it was learned that the suspect and victim were involved in an argument involving family members. Cain grabbed his gun and fired, striking Matta.
He was booked for murder and is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
