VICTORVILLE- Sheriff deputies solve a theft case locating a man found in possession of stolen property.
On Saturday, July 15, 2017, at around 9:19 a.m., a theft was reported to Sheriff deputies with the Rural Crime Task Force from a Sanska Construction site on Highway 138. Various construction equipment had been vandalized and property was stolen, including computers for grading equipment, cameras, and batteries.
A few of the Sheriff deputies have been working with Sanska Construction in order to help secure their many other construction sites located in Southern California. They have now taken precautions to secure their construction sites.
Evidence from the scene of the theft pointed to a suspect identified as 24-year-old, Keith Brown of Victorville. A warrant was served at Brown’s home, where investigators recovered stolen items. Investigators arrested Brown and he was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for Grand Theft. His bail has been set at $75,000.
