VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A 10-year-old girl was shot on Wednesday after an unidentified suspect fired a gun toward her Victorville home.
At around 1:50 a.m., the house on the 12500 block of Amethyst was shot at striking the foot of the child as she slept in her room, Sheriff’s officials said.
The child was transported to the hospital for treatment for the gunshot wound. No other injuries were reported as a result of the incident and no arrests have been made at this time.
