VICTORVILLE – The owners of the Victorville Quick Stop Smoke Shop are in need of the public’s help to identify a male subject who ran out of the store with unpaid merchandise.
On Sunday, June 17, 2018, at around 6:30 p.m., an unknown suspect went into the store located in the 14300 block of 7th Street in the City of Victorville. He briefly talked with the employee and told them about how his girlfriend broke her leg and he wanted to lift her spirits by giving her a bong. When acting as though he was just looking at the bong, the suspect ran out of the store with the bong and left in a white four-door compact vehicle.
The suspect is described as a black male adult, who is around 18 to 23-years-old. He is around 5’9” tall, and approximately 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white Nike t-shirt and black Adidas track-style pants. His hair is in dreadlocks and is black with blonde colored areas. The store management is offering a $100 cash reward for any information about his identity and location. The incident was reported to the Victorville Police Department.
