VICTORVILLE – All witnesses are refusing to provide deputies with any information about a Victorville stabbing that occurred during a child’s birthday party on Sunday officials said.
At around midnight a 26-year-old man was transported to the Victor Valley Global Medical Center with multiple stab wounds to his torso. Due to the type of injuries, deputies from the Victorville Station were dispatched to the hospital. When they arrived they found the victim in critical condition. The victim refused to provide any information about the suspect or suspects responsible for his injuries. The victim was airlifted to a trauma center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies were able to determine that the stabbing likely took place in the 13000 block of Spelman Drive, where a relative of the victim was hosting the birthday party. When deputies made contact with occupants at the Spelman address they were not forthcoming with information about the incident.
