HESPERIA – Several suspects are in custody following a home-invasion robbery at a Hesperia home on Wednesday. At around 3:40 a.m. deputies responded to a 911 call from a home in the 15300 block of Sycamore Street. The caller reported that up to four Hispanic men forced their way into the home, tied up the occupants and robbed them of their property, including their vehicle.
The description of the stolen vehicle was broadcasted to surrounding law enforcement agencies and shortly after, just after 5:00 a.m., CHP officers in West Covina located the vehicle in front of a home. Several males who were near the vehicle fled on foot when they saw the officers, one was detained. At around 10:00 a.m. Hesperia detectives, Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED), CHP and West Covina Police Department served a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Fircroft St. in West Covina.

During the search property belonging to the victims was found as well as four Hispanic men, who were all taken into custody and transported to the Hesperia Station for interviews.
Hesperia Detectives and the Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED) are actively investigating this crime.
