UPDATE: Joan was located at around 3:00 a.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019 and is now home.
TEMECULA, Calif. – The Temecula Police Department officers are searching for a missing at-risk adult.
Joan Stowell, 90, of Temecula was last heard from on the morning of Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Authorities said that Joan drives a silver 2003 Ford Explorer with License Plate: 4ZZK093. She is described as a White female, 5’2” tall, and 140 pounds. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unknown at this time.
