VICTORVILLE, Ca. – Three men were arrested for burglary and theft at the 7th Street Pawn Shop in the City of Victorville.
Authorities received a call on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at around 10:14 p.m. when a concerned citizen who noticed three males behind the pawn shop located in the 15100 block of 7th Street in the City of Victorville. The caller stated that the circumstances were suspicious leading to the report. Deputies arrived and noticed the three males on Loves Lane, behind the 7th Street Pawn Shop.
Edward Michael Serpa, 33, a transient, James Joe Chavous, 32, of Victorville, and Zak Villegas, 24, a transient, had in their possession three generators and a garden trimmer. All items were confirmed to have been taken from the pawnshop, without permission. The three were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for burglary and conspiracy to commit crime.
