ADELANTO – Three men were ejected during a single-vehicle crash in the City of Adelanto on Tuesday.
The major injury traffic collision occurred in the area of Rancho and Verbena Roads in the City of Adelanto sometime before 1:30 p.m. Multiple passing motorists reported seeing a vehicle overturned and reported it to sheriff’s dispatch. Victor Valley Station deputies responded to find the overturned vehicle and three severely injured males on the ground, apparently ejected. The three men, Sergio Garcia, 18, Pedro Martinez, 38, and Anthony Lopez, 42, were all airlifted to trauma centers for treatment of their injuries. Their current conditions are unknown at this time.
Through investigation, it was determined that the silver 2003 Honda was driving eastbound on Rancho Road when it collided with the south curb and subsequently overturned. The three occupants were not wearing seat belts were ejected from the vehicle.
