VICTORVILLE – A Victorville man and woman were arrested for outstanding warrants after a traffic stop in the City of Victorville.
On Thursday, June 28, 2018, at around 3:30 p.m. a traffic stop of a 1996 Honda Civic was conducted on Amargosa Road near Bear Valley Road. The stop was conducted due to the Honda having expired Ohio license plates, which were registered to a different vehicle. “ Upon contacting the occupants, Erin Bodkin, 38, of Victorville and Michael Gee, 30, of Victorville, both were found to have outstanding warrants,” said Victorville Sheriff’s Department Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez. Bodkins had 2 felony warrants, a 2012 Victorville residential burglary, a 2015 stolen vehicle out of Adelanto, and one misdemeanor warrant. Gee was learned to have two misdemeanor warrants.
Both were arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center. Bodkin remains in custody without bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Thursday, July 5, 2018. Gee was released and has not court dates scheduled at this time.
