CABAZON – Two men were arrested for attempted murder after a shooting that left a woman critical condition authorities said. On Saturday, November 12, 2016, at approximately 12:25 p.m. deputies from the Cabazon Station responded to the report of a shooting in the 52300 block of Maxine Avenue in Cabazon. When they arrived they located a 46-year-old White female adult in the front yard of the home suffering from gunshot wounds. The woman was transported to the hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
Also at the location was Ernie Saldana, 48, and Lanh Bui, 25, both Cabazon residents. Saldana and Bui were detained and taken to the Cabazon Station to be interviewed. Following the interview, both men were booked into jail for attempted murder.
