LYTLE CREEK, Calif. – Two men, one from Anaheim were found shot to death on a Lytle Creek dirt road officials said.
On Friday, February 8, 2019, Fontana Station deputies responded to the remote dirt road (2N57) for the report that two dead men were located in the area. When deputies arrived they located the two male subjects, later identified as Quitlahauc Pantoja, 20, of Anaheim, and Scott Allen Beetler, 56, Corona. A gun was located near the two deceased men.
A death investigation was conducted. Detectives were able to determine that Scott Beetler shot Quitlahauc Pantoja before turning the gun on himself. The investigation is ongoing; no additional information is being released at this time. Updates will be issued as new information becomes available for release. The motive is not known at this time.
