ADELANTO, Calif. – A house party turned dangerous after numerous shots were fired at an Adelanto home on Saturday night.
At around 9:12 p.m. deputies from the Victor Valley Station serving the City of Adelanto responded to several calls reporting shots fired in the 14500 block of Monterey Place. Some witnesses at the scene reported that around a dozen shots fired.
When deputies and emergency medical personnel arrived they located two people injured at the scene, authorities said. Both victims were transported to a trauma center with serious injuries.
The suspect fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. Authorities have not yet confirmed if an arrest has been made. The condition of the victims is unknown at this time. Any additional information will be updated as it is received.
