RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A large amount of methamphetamine and cash were located at a Rancho Cucamonga home authorities said. The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department’s Multiple Enforcement Team (MET), during a several day long investigation received information regarding methamphetamine sales at a home in the 10000 block of Lomita Drive. A search warrant was served at the home and during the search 375 grams of methamphetamine and $1200 in cash were found.
Derek Gomez, 49, of Rancho Cucamonga, and Leah Lebrun, 31, of Yucaipa were arrested for drug sales and conspiracy. MET also identified Gomez, and Alyse Alcantara, 26, of Rancho Cucamonga as being out on bail for an unrelated drug sales investigation from December 2016. MET supplemented an additional charge of commission of a felony while out on bail to Gomez and Alcantara.
Gomez, Alcantara, and Lebrun were booked into the West Valley Detention Center. Gomez and Alcantara’s bail was set at $175,000, and Lebrun’s bail was set at $50,000.
