VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A 28-year-old Victorville man was arrested after a robbery at the Brother’s Liquor.
On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at around 6:20 p.m., Terrance Thomas went to the store located at 15517 Village Drive in the City of Victorville, and attempted to request a refund on items that were not paid for. The cashier refused, causing the suspect, Terrance Thomas to become angry. “During the argument, Thomas attempted to steal items and leave the store,” said Victorville Sheriff Station Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez. “The cashier attempted to stop him and was punched in the head by Thomas.”
Thomas left the store but deputies found him in front of another area business. He was booked at the High Desert Detention Center for Robbery and an outstanding Vandalism warrant. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Thursday, April 17, 2019.
