RIVERSIDE – A Victorville man was arrested for fondling himself while watching a woman at a Riverside Albertson’s store.
The incident occurred on Friday, May 5, 2017, at around 7:30 p.m. According to authorities, the woman was inside the Albertson’s store located in the 8900 block of Trautwein in the City of Riverside when a male suspect followed her in as she entered the store. He continued to follow her while she shopped and at one point, began to fondle himself while watching her.
Investigation and tips from the public led to the suspect being identified as 26-year-old Kevin Cannon. He was arrested and booked into jail.
