VICTORVILLE – Far too often we hear about delinquent youth who display poor behavior in school, or worse; criminal behavior in their community.
There is good news, youth in communities throughout the San Bernardino County are part of what is called the Sheriff’s Explorers Scout program. This program provides youth with hands-on experience with the mentorship of local law enforcement officials. These youth, ages 14-20-years-old learn to understand the daily tasks and commitment of those who protect and serve,
The Victorville Station Explorers (post #502) are holding a fundraising event at the Applebee’s Restaurant located at 12044 Amargosa Road in the City of Victorville on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. At the event, you will be able to purchase a delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast, which includes: pancakes, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes, coffee and orange juice all for only $10 per person.
