ADELANTO – A Victorville woman was arrested for having sex with a 14-year-old Adelanto boy on Saturday. At around 11:00 p.m. deputies from the Adelanto Station received the report of a male and female inside a vehicle having sex on the corner of Chamberlaine Way and Pearmain Street in the City of Adelanto.

When the deputy arrived he located the white vehicle and activated his overhead lights and spotlight. The deputy witnessed 18-year-old Judith Hernandez getting off the lap of the boy. According to the news release, the 14-year-old boy told deputies that he had met Hernandez on Facebook around a year ago. The two began meeting in person one month ago during which time the sexual contact began.

The victim said he told Hernandez he was 16-years-old and that he was aware of her age. Hernandez was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for Lewd and Lascivious acts with a Child. She is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail and is scheduled for an arraignment hearing at the Victorville Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon.
