COLTON, Ca. – A woman was assaulted while walking in the front of Colton High School on Thursday morning.
At 7:30 a.m., the School Resource Officer was made aware of the incident. The assailant was a Hispanic man, around 25 years old, and he was carrying a Valley College backpack. He was riding a bicycle in the area when the assault occurred.
The victim was not injured as a result of the incident. “We would like to remind everyone to be aware of your surroundings when walking any time of the day or night,” Colton Police officials said.
