CORONA – The Corona Police Department continues to seek information regarding the February 2016 murder of Barnabas William “Will” Crites. The police announced in a June 30th press release that they are now offering $10,000 for first-hand information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for his death.
Just before 8:45 p.m. on February 26th 18-year-old Crites was assaulted near the City Park Skate Park located at 930 E. Sixth Street. Crites later died as a result of injuries sustained in the assault. The Corona Police have continued to investigate and are seeking community assistance.
If anyone has first-hand information regarding the suspects and/or details about the assault they are urged to contact Senior Detective Dan Bloomfield at 951-817-5767. Those who wish to remain anonymous, can contact Corona Police Department Tip-line at 951-817-5873. Anonymous tips do not qualify for the reward.
