ADELANTO – The City of Adelanto 12th Annual Christmas Parade is set for Saturday, December 10, 2016. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at Seneca and Aster Roads, but show up early to secure the best viewing location. The parade Grand Marshal will be the newly elected State Senator Scott Wilk.
Approximately 50 entries, including marching bands, color guard, car clubs, bike clubs, and other performers will be walking the parade route competing for certificates and cash prizes. “We’re honored to have as judges former NFL defensive end Turk McBride, former NBA star Bryon Russell, Chris Hayes and former radio personality Jim “The Jimmer” Dillman,” said Cindy Herrera, City Manager.
The parade route ends at Desert Trails Elementary School on Bellflower Street.
