APPLE VALLEY – Supervisor Lovingood’s office announced the upcoming fifth annual High Desert Veterans Resource Fair. All former members of the U.S. Military are invited to this event to learn more about veteran benefits, job openings, and personal claims assistance.
The event will include local employers, health care services, financial services and veteran benefits with one-on-one assistance available. San Bernardino County Department of Veterans Affairs will be available to discuss and file disability claims, issue veteran ID cards and provide general assistance. The Veterans Resource Fair will be on Thursday, May 31st from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Apple Valley Conference Center, located at 14975 Dale Evans Road.
