ADELANTO, Ca. – Denny’s was reopened on Monday after a brief closure due to a cockroach infestation according to a San Bernardino County Health Department document.
The restaurant located at 14240 US-395 in the City of Adelanto was inspected on October 6, 2020 and was closed due to an active cockroach infestation. The store was originally closed after live and dead adult cockroaches, baby cockroaches and cockroach eggs were found under the prep sink. Several dead cockroaches were located in the floor sink by the soda machine. Dead cockroaches were found near the hand wash station closest to the dining room. The Health Department scheduled for a reinspection on October 20, 2020 but the restaurant rescheduled for Monday, October 14, 2020 when the issue was resolved.
